Please read carefully. These are part of our policies and we must stand by them to ensure your event will go smoothly. To read the entire policy manual, click here.

Not Included:

 

This pricing does not include place settings, glasses, flatware, cups and saucers or linens or other items you may wish to have for your event. We will gladly price those items for you if you wish. (Please see below: Additional Services)

 

Contract Requirements:

 

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon signing your event contract. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to your event. Any additions to your contract will be due at the time they are agreed to and any subtractions from your contract will be taken 3 days prior to your event. There is a $40.00 Preparation and Delivery Fee if preparation is off site.

 

Everyone's event is unique and we are happy to prepare a quote specific to your requirements.

Chicken Marbella

Served on a bed of Rice Pilaf with

Roasted Green Vegetables & Garlic Bread

 

     THE classic Silver Plate recipe from Manhattan’s celebrated gourmet food shop, Chicken Marbella has big and bold flavors. An unusual combination of garlic, olive oil and capers with olives and prunes, and then braised in a lovely white wine produces a delicious balance between salty, sweet, and tart.

 

     Chicken Marbella is equally delicious served warm or room temperature.

 

     When served over rice pilaf, the juices are delightfully soaked up for an exquisite culinary experience.

 

     Green vegetables served alongside, cut through the richness of the chicken and contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the juices.

Pecan Crusted Chicken with Southern Bourbon Sauce 

Served with creamy, garlic Mashed Potatoes & Bacon Seasoned Green Beans with Fresh, Buttery, Dinner Rolls

 

     Bourbon and pecans are a Southern tradition. Whether you pronounce it “PEE-can” or “pah-CAHN,” this sweet and crunchy chicken delight is everyone’s favorite!

 

     Chicken breasts are coated in a finely, chopped pecan breading and Southern fried in a deep skillet. Then a rich, dark bourbon sauce is poured over them before serving.

 

    The perfect Southern accompaniments are mashed potatoes sprinkled with garlic and drenched in cream and  green beans that have been slow simmered in a pot with bacon and seasonings. Fresh dinner rolls slathered with butter finish out this amazing feast.

Chicken Lombardy

Sautéed then baked chicken breasts served with traditional Polenta, Roasted Zucchini and Baby Carrots

 

     Golden sautéed Chicken Breasts baked with fresh mushrooms, Marsala wine, and a variety of cheeses then topped with a sprinkling of green onions makes this meal the original Italian comfort food.

 

     Originating from the area around Milan, Italy known as the Lombardy region, Lombard food tends to have little in common with Central or Southern Italian dishes, in many cases lacking the presence of tomato and olive oil, being more meat-based, buttery and delicious.

Indian Butter Chicken

Savory, Indian Chicken Stew served over fluffy, white Rice with cool, Cucumber Salad and Homemade Naan Bread.

 

Tuscan Lemon Chicken

Lemon and Herb roasted Chicken with a Lemon and Dijon Sauce served with Roasted Red Potatoes, Broccoli, and crusty, Garlic French Bread

     Created in the 1950's at the Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi, India this recipe is recognizable to most Indian cuisine lovers.

 

     Butter Chicken, also known as murgh makhani, is cooked in a mildly spiced curry sauce including garam masala, ginger, garlic paste, lemon, coriander, turmeric, and chili, tomatoes, and of course butter.

 

     However it’s name is derived from the buttery texture of the chicken and the smooth, creamy sauce that surrounds it.

     Original French cuisine Lemon Chicken baked and covered with a lemon and Dijon mustard sauce is traditionally served with potatoes.

 

     The addition of roasted broccoli adds flavor and depth to this all time favorite dish.

Steak Au Poivre

 

Tender Beef Filets served with Herbed Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted, Garlic infused Parmesan Asparagus, and crusty French bread

 

     This is classic French cuisine. Peppercorns form a spicy crust around a meltingly tender beef filet, all topped with a rich Cognac cream sauce.

 

     Slathered in olive oil and roasted with salt, pepper, and herbs brings out the mild, earthy flavors of young fingerling potatoes.  

 

     Garlic infused parmesan cheese adds a salty, savory component to sweet, tender asparagus and the crusty French bread allows every drop of sauce on ones plate to be savored.  Bon appetit ! (Enjoy eating -French)

Argentinean Gaucho Steak with Chimichurri Sauce

 

Bone-in Ribeye Steaks served with a spicy, homemade Chimichurri sauce, sautéed Yellow Squash, Red Onion and Cherry Tomatoes alongside thick-cut, buttered and toasted Argentine Bread.

 

     Come to the table hungry! Our glorious ribeye steak is pan seared and finished to perfection in the oven.  

    Gaucho Steaks are big, juicy, tender and delicious when served with a delightfully spicy Argentine chimichurri sauce of parsley, garlic, vinegar and spices.

 

     The medley of sautéed squash, onion and cherry tomatoes rounds out the tart sauce with a sweetish and aromatic flavor.

Beef Roulades with Walnut Parsley Pesto

 

Beef Roulades, Polish for pinwheels, swirled with savory Walnut Parsley Pesto served with Lemon and Garlic baked Potatoes, Roasted Sugar Snap Peas, and Cloverleaf Dinner Rolls

 

     A classic party dish, Beef Roulades with a winter pesto of parsley and walnuts filling and smoky bacon will fill your guests with edible joy.

 

     Lemon-Garlic roasted Potatoes are the perfect accompaniment when served with sunny wedges of lemons to squeeze over the roulades.

 

     Shallots and a little thyme are sprinkled over irresistible sugar snap peas and baked until tender but still firm.

Authentic Chinese Pepper Steak

 

Thinly sliced Sirloin Steak sautéed with onions and peppers blended in a sweet and sour ginger sauce served over steamed rice alongside Crab Rangoon, and Chinese Sesame Bread

 

Beef Stroganoff

 

Tenderloin beef strips and mushrooms sautéed and smothered in a decadent sour cream sauce and as traditionally served over Potato Knedliky (Dumplings) with Georgian Cucumber and Onion Salad and Lobbio (Fresh green beans, onions & tomatoes)

 

     Served Family-style, Chinese Pepper Steak is always a crowd pleaser.  Sirloin steak, green, red, and yellow peppers in a smooth and sweet and sour, gingery sauce soaked up by classic steamed rice is the authentic Chinese dish.  

 

     Allegedly derived from an authentic Burmese recipe, San Francisco’s Trader Vic’s restaurant has been serving Crab Rangoon since the 1950’s. It has become wildly popular around the globe.  Ours are stuffed with a combination of cream cheese, lightly flaked crabmeat, scallions, and garlic then wrapped in Chinese wonton wrappers in a flower shape and deep fried in vegetable oil.  

 

     Chinese Sesame Bread (sometimes referred to as Sesame Pancake, pronounced zhi ma da bing), is a fluffy, thick bread filled with scallions and crusted with sesame seed. Zhixie! (Thank you –Chinese)

     A very traditional Russian meal. One historical theory is that it was created by an unknown cook for Count Grigory Stroganov (1770-1857), because the Count had lost his teeth and couldn't chew meat!  However, even it is considered the re-make of a much older colloquial recipe.  

 

     Served family- style, Beef Stroganoff is the ultimate comfort food! Tender strips of beef and mushrooms are first sautéed in butter, then swirled with sour cream to make a creamy sauce, and traditionally served over potato dumplings. It’s not diet food, but it will make you smile.

 

     Gregorian Salad is the perfect accompaniment for this rich meal as it is a light cucumber and onion salad marinated in a wine and vinegar herbed dressing that refreshes the palate. 

 

     Lobbio is also a traditional Russian recipe for fresh green beans cooked in butter with onions, peppers, tomatoes and herbs.  Nostrovia! (Said to thank someone for a meal)
